Delivered over a nine week program this
workshop is a great way to help members design the life they
want. They will be doing the program with other members as one team
and the nature of the program provides the structure and support
for them to make positive changes in their life that will last!
Whether it's to improve their overall quality of your life, gain
clarity on the direction of their career, or invest in their own
self development, then this is the program for them.
It doesn't matter where they are in life, they could be starting
out on their professional career or looking to get back into the
workforce or the education sector.
How it works:
JOLT Challenge is a nine week program that consists of four
parts:
1. The book - received at the
introductory session
2. The journal - received at the
introductory session
3. The workouts - 9 x 90 minute
weekly sessions + introductory session
4. The measurement (SAM) - online
Self Assessment Module + interviews
At the 90-minute introductory session, participants receive
their book and journal and are taken through how the challenge
works. They then do the first week's reading and exercises in their
own time throughout the week. JOLT recommends up to a maximum of
60-minutes a day five days a week - this includes reading time and
doing the daily exercises.
Next they attend the first 90-minute workout to cement the
learning's of that week in a safe, supportive environment. This
process repeats over nine consecutive weeks, with members forming
new positive patterns of behavior and building lifelong learning
habits.
There are four opportunities to measure their progress
throughout JOLT Challenge including a self-assessment four weeks
after the completion of the program.
JOLT Challenge participants have been identified as having a
greater sense of self-awareness. They better understand how they
think, what drives their behavior and are equipped to meet life's
challenges without distress and burn out. Participants enhance
their communication skills, are more creative and experience an
improved quality of life. They are more skilled in managing their
emotions, connect better with others and are generally happier and
able to think smarter. They bring these new skills and experiences
to both their home and other environments.
