Most young people going through chemotherapy will take one or
the other of the following two drugs for nausea:
Ondansetron (Zofran) or Granisetron (Kytril)
These are both given through IV or by mouth.
Depending on your response to the chemo, you may also take some
of the following drugs to prevent or treat nausea. You will come to
learn which ones work best for you:

Diphenhydramine (Benadryl)
Most common side effects:
- Dry mouth
- Drowsiness and light-headedness
